The most frequent anatomical variations of the renal arterial system are accessory arteries (supernumerary arteries) and aberrant arteries, which occur in varying numbers among various ethnic racial groups. Prior to surgery, understanding these is crucial because it affects decision use donor kidneys, planning partial nephrectomy, other urological procedures. Along with main artery on same side, there also an artery. supplies kidney without passing through hilum, whereas enters hilum do so.Aim: This tertiary care hospital-based study aims know prevalence including artery, their distribution pattern, association gender, age, side predilection population Kancheepuram West Chennai district Tamil Nadu.Methodology: One hundred adults (62 males, 38 females; mean age: 45 +/- 25 years) inclusive prospective live donors undergoing pre-operative CT angiogram for operative patients CECT Abdomen abdomino-pelvic pathologies were selected study.Research Design: It a cross-sectional descriptive conducted Department Radiology, hospital Nadu, India.Results: Renal variants (including Accessory present 23% kidneys. males – 30%, females 11%.
